What are the clinic hours?

Open Monday - Friday by APPOINTMENT ONLY. I am closed all stat holidays. I recommend browsing the online schedule to see what suits your schedule best. If you can’t see anything that works, please use our online waitlist.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you are unable to keep your allotted time, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 24 business hours to cancel or reschedule.  A credit card is required on file at the time of booking to reserve your appointment and you will not be charged in advance of your treatment. If adequate notice is not provided, or your appointment is not attended without notice or a valid reason, 100% of the treatment cost will be applied to the card on file. I appreciate your understanding, as your appointment time is held specifically for you, and is difficult to fill upon last minute cancellation. 

It is MANDATORY that you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell (have a fever, cough, cold or flu). We have a 24hr cancellation policy and to avoid being charged for your appointment log into your account page or email to cancel.


If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.

I reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you arrive showing ANY symptoms of a cough, cold or flu. If you arrive sick you will be asked to leave and charged for your appointment. This is to ensure the safety of everyone.
